Aliza Hussain is a Lawyer at Fomcenco Law.
Aliza earned her J.D. from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Criminology from Toronto Metropolitan University.
Aliza has experience in both immigration and criminal law, representing clients through complex legal proceedings and helping them navigate some of the most challenging periods of their lives. Her advocacy is informed by a strong commitment to access to justice and client-centered representation.
During law school, Aliza volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada at Kensington Bellwoods Community Legal Services, where she assisted community members in accessing legal information and support regarding housing and immigration concerns. She has also contributed to academic research examining the intersection of artificial intelligence, innovation, and intellectual property law.
Outside of law, Aliza is an avid foodie who enjoys exploring Toronto's restaurant scene, reading mystery and thriller novels, and cheering on her favourite NBA team, the Miami Heat.
